Welcome to [Nish Divine Travel]By confirming a booking with us, the guest agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent travel experience for all customers.
1.Booking Policy
A booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
Standard advance payment: 30%–50% of the total package cost.
Full payment must be completed before the start of the journey.
For peak season, flight-inclusive packages, cruises, visas, or special events, 100% advance payment may be required.
2.Pricing
Package prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Airfare, hotel rates, taxes, and visa charges may change without prior notice.
Any increase in government taxes or supplier charges will be payable by the guest.
3.Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation charges may apply as per hotel, airline, transport, cruise, or visa policies.
Standard cancellation guidelines:
30+ days before departure: 25% cancellation charges
15–30 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges
7–14 days before departure: 75% cancellation charges
Less than 7 days / No show: 100% cancellation charges
Flight tickets, visa fees, insurance, cruises, and peak season bookings may be non-refundable.
4.Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 working days after receiving confirmation from suppliers/hotels/airlines.
Convenience fees, visa fees, and non-refundable bookings are excluded from refunds.
5.Travel Documents
Guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof, passport, visa, permits, and other required documents.
Nish Divine Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, visa rejection, or immigration issues due to incomplete documentation.
6.Hotel & Transport
Hotels and transport services are subject to availability.
Similar-category hotels may be provided in unavoidable situations.
Standard hotel check-in/check-out timing will apply as per hotel policy.
7.Itinerary Changes
Nish Divine Travel reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, natural calamities, strikes, operational issues, or government regulations.
Extra expenses arising due to unforeseen situations shall be borne by the guest.
8.Liability
Nish Divine Travel acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, cruise companies, transport operators, and visa authorities.
We are not liable for delays, injuries, loss of baggage, accidents, weather disruptions, or service failures caused by third-party suppliers.
9.Travel Insurance
Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance for medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and unforeseen situations.
10.Guest Responsibility
Travelers are expected to maintain proper conduct during the tour.
Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or cruise property by the guest shall be payable directly by the guest.
11.Force Majeure
Nish Divine Travel shall not be responsible for any delay, alteration, or cancellation caused by natural disasters, political disturbances, pandemics, strikes, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
12.Acceptance
By confirming the booking and making payment, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions of Nish Divine Travel.
